Rural Missouri Broadband Resources Boosted through ReConnect Program: How grantmakers can support equitable access to broadband was a popular topic at the Rural Philanthropy Summit. This week the USDA announced ReConnect Program grants and loans. Three projects serving rural Missouri are receiving grant or loan support totaling more than $76 million. These funds follow a $1.7 billion investment announced earlier this summer through the federal Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program.
